Michael Nagle has spent his career in media. He started off in the CBS mailroom at Black Rock in New York City. He moved on working for Columbia Records, The Box Music Network, Bloomberg LP, Playboy, FlixFling and NatureVision TV.
Michael ran distribution for Bloomberg Television from 2000-05. He represented Bloomberg and also worked on behalf of independent programmers with the Federal Communications Commission on both Broadcast Must-Carry regulation and also opposing A La Carte Packaging regulation. For Playboy TV Networks (2005-15) he increased distribution +128% by repositioning it alongside HBO and Showtime.
Michael formed Ashling Digital, Inc. in 2015. As Chairman & CEO for Ashling, Michael has represented Veronica Pin Up NY (with whom he co-produced the docu-series “PINNED”), Marcus Malone (Malone Vision Enterprises) and LAGO Productions.
For NatureVision TV, Michael has served as SVP Digital Distribution & Business Development. He orchestrated NatureVision TV's launch on Amazon Prime, Apple TV, TVTIBI, Cincinnati Bell and others. In 2017, Michael joined the Social & Interactive Media Consortium (SIMC) as EVP of Advertising. He was also named to the Board of Directors for VIVA Entertainment Group. Home Media Magazine awarded Michael its "Digital Driver" honor in both 2016 and 2017 as a result of his work with FlixFling. His efforts with FlixFling launching Music Choice created the first streaming service offering both music and movies. Michael also created Invincible Pictures syndication partnership facilitating the broadcast television premieres of BLOOD ORANGE, THE INFINITE MAN, JUST JIM and many more. In 2016, Michael was named President of GetCast, the comprehensive platform for casting professionals and actors in media production. He continues to consult for Invincible Pictures Studios, SIMC tv (Social and Interactive Media Consortium), Vidillion and SPI International.
Michael has served as lead contact for all major video platforms for linear, VOD/SVOD, OTT, Broadcast and multi-screen.
Michael is a native of New York City. He now lives with his wife, Jodi and two children on Long Island.
